Dr. Rumer accepts patients from the following national insurers as she is a contracted “in network” provider for transgender surgery procedures:

• CIGNA
• Blue Cross Blue Shield – PPO plan members
• United Health Care
• Kaiser-Permanente

Additionally, Dr. Rumer is the only PA Medicaid “in network” provider for transgender-specific surgical procedures. She is also “in network’ with Connecticut (HUSKY) Medicaid.

Dr. Rumer will work with all other insurers and agencies on a single case agreement (SCA) to the extent that they will work with her. If Dr. Rumer is not currently contracted with your insurance company, please review the Insurance Processing Instructions for Patients.
